We are a new enterprise based in Berlin. We advise medium-sized German and world-leading industrial enterprises and real estate firms on their operation of large-scale projects involving sophisticated technologies, particularly in cases of complex contractual disputes. As technical advisers we closely cooperate both with leading international and specialised German law firms.

To boost our project team we are looking for graduates or professionals with a university/college degree.

Claims Consultant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will be the preparation of justified claims for cogent presentation to our clients’ contracting partners. Analysing planning and preparation processes you will be working independently and be responsible for specific tasks. Your main external contacts will be our clients' engineers.

• Holder of a master’s degree in business and engineering, engineering, or equivalent, ideally specialising in plant/mechanical engineering or building and construction.
• You have exceptional analytical and conceptional skills and are able to familiarise yourself with new task areas quickly. You are a resilient and motivated person and deliver thorough work.
• You are a team worker, have excellent social skills and a confident manner when cooperating with professionals of various fields and standing - both at clients’ and their partner companies.
• You are willing to travel.
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office products, in particular with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in project management, in claims management, scheduling or in editing of technical and economic reports will be of advantage.

Thorough introduction and training will be provided.
